Kathy Hamburger is a global executive and former CEO, President, and COO with a track record of scaling and exiting multinational BPO companies. She has led complex transformations, earned board roles, and driven growth through acquisition strategies. She has extensive expertise in global operations especially in India and the Philippines.

Bryce has over 30 years of experience leading global contact center and BPO operations across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He has held senior leadership roles at organizations including HGS and Telarus, helping enterprises modernize customer operations, optimize delivery models, and drive measurable business outcomes. 

Adam leads growth at Volo NXT, driving direct sales, building pipeline, and working with delivery partners to connect clients with the right customer experience solutions. His background spans enterprise sales, demand generation, client success, and commercial strategy, with leadership roles at TTEC, FIS, HGS, and Alorica. As founder of RevGen, he has also helped BPO, CX, technology, and services companies build scalable sales organizations and expand into new markets. Adam brings a practical approach to growth, connecting strategy, people, and execution to turn opportunities into lasting client relationships.

Patrick leads Volo NXT’s channel strategy, working with technology advisors, referral partners, and distributors to bring contact-center and BPO solutions to their clients. His focus is on building strong partner relationships and making Volo NXT a dependable resource throughout the sales process.
